We utilize a variety of horizontal and vertical CNC machining centers which allow us to produce a range of aerospace parts with dimensions of up to 25” x 25” x 25”. We also have access to CNC milling equipment for the production of larger components through our affiliation with the Demmer Corporation. Intrex specializes in the production of thin-walled parts. Our skilled machine operators are capable of milling a wide variety of aerospace materials including titanium, aluminum, stainless steel and specialized alloys such as iconel and hastelloy. Our strict quality control process, monitored through IQS software, allows us to produce parts with a PPM far below the industry average.
